POWER OF NUTRIENTS TO IMPROVE HEALTH AND FITNESS.
Mark
McIlroy, the founder of Tipping Point Performance Centre, was an Olympic rower
who competed in six events at London 2012: two triple jumps and 12 individual
sprints. He began by taking low protein diets, reducing his protein intake by
200g per day, against 1,000g (normal
1200 to 2000). In addition, he increased his intake of fiber (30 g/day)
and reduced fat (10–15g/day) by 70 percent. The adaptations combined improved
diet quality and led him to see dramatic improvements in his workout
performance. He was well aware of the direct relationship between strength and
diet, which require proper workouts and routines to accomplish his goal of
health and fitness. So rather than focusing on consuming lots of complex carbs,
he began to increase the ratio so he could train harder and recover faster.
Concerning intense workouts and better muscle gain, the main targeted foods
should be high in vitamins, minerals, and fibers. That means eating enough
protein and fat to keep muscle cells energized." For instance, he consumed fish, chicken, eggs, beans, and lentils to keep his stomach energized. In terms of recovery, McIlroy is fond of multivitamins, especially
those containing vitamin C. When he does train, he sticks to moderate weights
for ten minutes before going on to heavier ones for 30 or 60 seconds and then
resting.

WORK OUT HARD AND STAY FOCUSED.
A well-known surfer from America is Joe & a long-distance runner turned trainer. His first publication in 2010 was Iron Man 2.0. He exercised five times a week, running three to four times. After a good workout to maintain focus and lift weights, jogging for long distances was his added advantage for gaining stamina. Cycling, swimming, and rock climbing came next. At the end of every session, after a day of rest, he would head off to the beach or mountain to stay fresh. Joe was always of the opinion that "train hard enough to get enough fatigue and not to move any further," and for him, that happens two or three times a week."

A TRIATHLETE.
David Thomas is an Australian professional triathlete who competes in road bike and keirin competitions. He was born in Melbourne and grew up in Adelaide. He initially became interested in water sports when his parents took their family on a holiday to Hawaii. By 18 days after their return home, he had begun to realize that the sun was too harsh. So he jumped on a plane to Indonesia and began intensive training. Although his initial objective was to make money from racing by traveling around Asia, he soon realized that endurance racing was not part of his plan. Instead, he wanted other people with the opportunity to travel around Australia—either solo or with friends—and potentially win medals. Because he was physically fit, he decided to go for 5 kilometers non-stop while sleeping in his campervan. Now he is snorkeling non-stop for six kilometers. Among improving his endurance, David got lean muscle mass and reduced fat in his midsection and upper thighs. Through regular conditioning, he built up very powerful hamstrings and developed calves with impressive strength in his lower back, arms, chest, and shoulders: he won gold in the Sydney 4000 in 2009 and 2011 through hard work. Recently, he has been looking for sponsorship opportunities. His up-to-date hard work returned such good results. People can see how fit I am and feel good about themselves knowing that I'm trying to help them achieve their own goals.
LOSING WEIGHT BY RUNNING AND SURFING CAN’T BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT STRONG BELIEF.
Steve Biros runs a charity called Fit4Life
Australia, describes himself as a big believer in lifestyle change and hopes that one day he will
look back on his achievements and think: I cannot believe it all happened while
I was sitting here now talking to you about how far I have come and how much
weight I have lost.
Steve is currently in Brisbane. He was a triathlete
whose love for sport, fitness, and learning new things drove him to begin
running marathons in Queensland in 1989. A keen traveler, he is active
throughout the year, running and surfing full-time. Steve attributes his
success to a combination of factors. One is genetics. Even though he is
originally from Brisbane, he still feels connected to Australia through family
and culture. Many Australians now consider themselves the descendants of
migrants from Europe, South America, the Caribbean, and elsewhere. Another
factor in his success is motivation, which he attributes to helping others
achieve their dreams. He says: Determination for hope can become realism if
someone believes in something and works towards it. Things always become
controllable when someone is focused. If I want to succeed one day, I need to
put in more effort and be willing to take risks.
